Theodora’s Holy Baptism

We’ve fallen behind on our baby posting! On September 30th we came together for Myrella and Theodora’s entrance into the Church (traditionally done at or after 40 days) and for Dora’s Baptism. Up until that point they were both staying at home bonding and recovering. Prayers for their entrance into the church. Her Godparents Gabriela Continue reading

Stanford is a great hospital with a few annoyances such as construction right below us from 6:30 to 2PM which prevented any rest during the day. That first Continue reading

Myrella’s Chrismation (Pre-Dora)

Glory to God! On August 14th Myrella was received into the Orthodox Church via Chrismation on the Dormition Feast for The Theotokos (Virgin Mary). Myrella had been praying and planning on this decision for over a year and with the coming of our daughter the timing couldn’t have been better! Myrella took the name of Continue reading
